Halloween in Gatlinburg

Halloween is the most important night to a child's life. In just a few short hours, horror and fantasy and fun all come to life in a great and grand gesture that can be summed up in 5-8 lbs of packaged sugars and syrups.

Gatlinburg is the perfect place for all that. Just one side of the parkway can be the equivalent of 2 neighborhoods, with much less walking in between. You have the Village to look forward to, plus the Mountain Mall, Reagan Mall and many other places all grouped up together for the convenience of you and the kids.

Don't forget Gatlinburg has more to offer the family than just cavity-bombs, treat the kids to some freaky fun at many of the Ripley's Attractions, like the wonderfully weird Ripley's Believe it or not Museum, the impossible Guiness World of Records museum, the feeling you're never truly alone at the Ripley's Hollywood Wax Museum and terror flesh incarnate at the Ripley's Haunted Adventure near Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

As long as you're remembering to remember things or, at the very least, not to forget to remember them, also take note of other fun things to do such as the Haunted Mansion on River Road on a site that legends persist is genuinely haunted, A Ghost Walk through the streets of Gatlinburg, or a Hayride for much younger trick-or-treaters.

The atmosphere in the city of Gatlinburg is ripe for a good haunt, so pack up the kids, save some gas money and leg work and make a trip to Gatlinburg for Halloween!
