Winterfest Begins with the Kick Off This Week!

The Winterfest Season begins tonight as Sevierville hosts their Music, Magic and Lights event. November 5th is the Gatlinburg Chili Cook Off, with November 6th at Patriot Park in Pigeon Forge all three cities are lighted for the season.

Both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge conduct Trolley Tours through the cities as part of the lighting festivities. Both tours cost between $4-5 and go for half an hour or longer. Dollywood begins their Christmas celebration with their own brand of complicated and unique lighting in addition to Christmas atmosphere and many musical performances. The 19th Annual Wilderness Wildlife Week begins on January 10, 2009 and the 18th Annual Storytelling Festival begins on February 5th, 2009.
